The Millionaire's Start

The unexpected starting point for his career was when a friend of his, Charlie, demonstrated his strategies for poster selling during a squash tournament.

Before this turning point internet marketing was quite simplistic and none of its marketers were making the millions collected by today’s internet marketers.

Poster Sales

Yet even then there were money making possibilities. The two internet entrepreneurs started by using a simple Geocities site which directed people to the site selling posters.

Charles, Mark’s friend, was making a mere $50 in one week through a banner on his site which linked to a poster sales site. He was quick to follow Charlie into the internet opportunities.

During the time Charlie was selling sports posters, Ling sold posters which illustrated global celebrities. He began making a modest profit from a few of these simplistic sites.

Scaling Up His Internet Business

That meager $5o a month was not only doubled but tripled and continued to rise as he learned quickly to create sites in a short amount of time and how to target a large audience.

In a short amount of time he was done delivering pizzas and began hiring some friends, devoting all his time and energy into a fast rising business.

Between classes they worked on their computers set up in a rental home and cracked the code on how to get to the top of the search engines. They then got floods of traffic to the poster sites. By continuing to replicate this brilliant success he rose quickly to the pinnacle of the online industry which was continuously growing.

Affiliate Websites On Numerous Topics

Mark Ling has continued on since then in the development of many additional websites, utilizing his skills gained from the beginning poster sales, and created numerous affiliate websites in topics such as video games, marriage saving, language learning and dog training.

During this time he has gained experience using different developing affiliate marketing sites such as Adwords, YouTube and Social Media as tools for internet marketing.

2008 Affiloblueprint Launch

He is still creating affiliate sites today utilizing his own company but also shares his trade secrets with those affiliate marketers looking to follow in his footsteps.

In 2008 he launched the membership product AffilioBlueprint, which is comprised of twelve individual weekly guides which teach aspiring marketers how to create a marketing strategy that is long term.

Quickly following this launch he also put out Affilorama on which he posts his blog, presentations, free tools, and webinars designed to help these aspiring marketers with specific tactics. He also released Affilojetpack which are basically ready made niche websites.

Recently he has been giving presentations and seminars throughout the world, including Las Vegas, in which he shares the knowledge he has acquired about the field of affiliate marketing. He is also known for his information filled webinars.

The epicenter of Mark’s business is still his marketing lists and affiliate marketing sites while he pursues consultation, product creation and affiliate training.
